You would be amazed ... I recently saw a NeoGo in a nice Millipede cab (sideart intact from what I saw) ....

I saw a neo geo converted from a xenophobe cabinet. That was odd shaped. It was very nicely done conversion, but obviously a xenophobe.

I've seen lots of NEO-GEO conversions & own one myself. Mine was just converted from some generic jamma machine though.

Where the heck do you live that arcdes show up in thrift stores!? Only places I have found machines are flea markets and auctions.
