Lost my password, how do i find it?

Do'h!  :P  Well, I changed my password awhile back after logging in at a public library (made sure they couldn't post on my account).  Anyway, I typed it in at home, and logged in "forever".  Well, as many of you know, "forever" isn't always forever.  I can't log in now, as I forget the new password.  Could any admins help out?
