My agent is on it thanks to the info you provided. The only thing that would make it even more solid is if you remember the movie title that you saw it before. I know that's a stretch but i figured I would ask.
If I get paid, I'll send you an autographed headshot + $100.
Thanks again!

I have no idea what movie/s I saw it at, but I think the last movie I saw at that theater was Talladega Nights, so I know it was at least couple months ago. Some other movies I saw there before Talladega Nights was Superman Returns, Pirates of the Caribbean 2, and X-Men 3. I don't know which ones it was showed at, but now you at least have a starting point for the type of movie it was aired at.
And don't worry about sending me money, just make sure that the next time you have an opportunity to help out a board member, do it ;D

Why not just be honest?
koolmoecraig:
That thing has been posted on youtube for about 5 months and has over 15,000 hits. You really think I could have waited that long to self promote it on here?
They don't hand you a copy of your commercial when you are done shooting. It's all in the production companies and agencies hands. Actors aren't given much regard after it's in the bag. Example: Airing it without paying me.
Also, if you look closely in the bottom right hand corner you can see a watermark that says "The Ad Age Group"

It could be that the standard contract doesn't pay him (or anyone else) for internet usage... so that's how they use the ones that don't get aired.
koolmoecraig:
If they pay to air it(anywhere), they have to pay me. Airing before a movie is considered "Industrial" usage. It's not uncommon.
If they post it on their own website, they have to pay me.
By "they" I mean the product.
