If your in the UK goto here for your bit http://www.rutlands.co.uk/
I ended up paying 40 quid for a bit that comes in 3 sections, they have them for 12.99

You can try http://www.coin.demon.co.uk/-video.htm#tmould but they usualy have limited stock. They seem to have stcock at the moment though. I got mine form Happ/suzzo but im not sure where it came from as some of my order came stateside but it was very much cheaper than above link at smooth black at 22 pence a foot. hope this helps

Thanks for the feedback guys, i think i will go for the router and bit option. According to project arcade which i am basically following i need a 3/32 inch bit (about) 2.4 mm . I have got happ t moulding and would like to know if that sounds about right for the groove i need.

*Warning*
Bit size depends on where you order your t-molding from.. I ordered a 3/32" bit following the book as well. Then I ordered my molding from t-molding.com and found that the bit needed for this molding is in fact 1/16".. Lucky for me I tested my routing skills on scrap wood first.. This is when I realized that the 3/32" was too big...
I'd recommend t-molding.com as well because they will send you samples in any color that you would like completely free!
