This has been fixed for the next release

If Edge is happy to add a checkbox for this option in his 'Led-Wizard' then sure No problem. The subdirectory will then need to have the same name as your emulator name.

Loadman,
I can add another global checkbox for: "Save Emulator CFG in directories"?  That make sense?  I am open to any word changes. Will you make the change in the plugin to look there as well?
