Hi, I recently joined the forum because after years of hassitation I finally started building my own bar top arcade. It started after a friend of mine wanted to build his own arcade and asked me if I would help him with it. To get him started we bought a cheap 2nd hand cabinet. He then bought a flat pack that we are currently assembling. I didn’t want to go the pre-build route and started to build the cabinet myself. I started with the control panel so I can alter the dimensions of the cabinet so it will fit the control panel perfect. Also, now I can play without having the cabinet fully build. Since that will take a while. I used a 1mm sheet of aluminum that I bend building my own bending bench from some wood and hinges. This was because I accidentally ordered snap in buttons. Used 15 mm mdf to support the alloy. |

You definitely don't have enough buttons on that thing. |
