I got there about halfway through the first row and met up with a buddy and his kids for Trainfest until about 1:00 and then I stayed until the end of the auction. They even sold CRAP bartop mega touches for what I thought were a bit high, and every friggen dartboard seemed overpriced to me (or else it didn't have cricket ::) ) Dunno why, but it seemed to be a low-price sales day. :dunno |

I was there since 8am, left after they started on the jukeboxes, I wanted a showcase that went for more than I was willing to pay, so once they stopped auctioning the cabs, I was gone.. What did that WG 27" screen end up going for? I saw written on the front "recondition" Did that mean it NEEDED reconditioning, or that it WAS? ;D --- Quote from: DrewKaree on November 11, 2006, 09:49:56 pm ---The Ms Pac's are missing, and from what was written on the auction card, it said they sold that first Golden Tee '05 for a grand, and you're missing the second GT '05 How long did you stay? I hadn't thought they'd jump over to those things right away, otherwise I'da bid it up to $20 ;D That other one, with the round piece all around it sold for $5. Nobody wanted to take a chance on it and they didn't know if it worked or not. I dunno if you saw it or not, but they sold what looked like a Betson trackball for $35 That PacMan Plus was OUTRAGEOUS! It sold for $110 in THAT condition! :o |

Oh, and IIRC, the WG said "rejuvenator" on it, not recondition. They didn't have a single touch screen sell for under $125, which I was hoping for as well. That foosball table, while in EXCELLENT condition, sold for $725 - WAAAAAYYYYY too much. Guy coulda got a new-from-a-store table for that price and wouldn't have had to mess with the token acceptor. |
