Frosty, don't limit yourself to a white design just because of the printing location selected.  We are determined to find a better one (that does black prints) so it shouldn't be an issue.  
Btw really really like the design but is there anyway you could try to "render" it a bit more? I think more colors would be nice.  You know, a more 3d look.

Here's an adequate effort at a 3D version of Frostillicus's design.  But I like the other logos I've seen here (including Frosty's original) better.  I just wanted to see what I could do with MS Photodraw's tools.

Nice designs guys, but don't forget that these images are going to probably be silkscreened onto the t-shirts....so don't expect a cool looking 24-bit image to look good when it's knocked down in color depth...gotta remember stuff like that for this sorta thing...

Yeah, something like the one I posted above would look good on a shirt from cafepress.com, but only until you washed it the first time.  :P

You would be amazed what dithering can do.  The design I posted only has 4 true colors, for example.
