I've never built a cabinet from scratch - yet. But I found Jakobud's cabinet plans much more aesthetically pleasing than LuSid's (note that lusid's is posted there too): http://www.jakobud.com/cabinetPlans.php Joseph Elwell. |

I went with Lusid's for my first build for a 1 reasons. It was very well documented in Project Arcade. |

I have to second the comments on Sasquatch and arcadeparadise.org. This is one of the best sites if you are looking for a great design and great step by step documentation on a MAME project. I pretty much built a replica of Sasquatch's design and I love it. Every now and then I think of building another cabinet but honestly can't think of anything to do that my cabinet does not do or play. He even sent me a CD of his CPO which I thought was over and above. He is a top notch guy. |

In repsonse to "Who is Lusid?" I always thought of Saint as the father of DIY arcade and Lusid the mother :) Would that make JakoBud their son? Thank you all! Craig |
