Technically, Micro-ATX.

But there are custom MB's out there that go in Cube kits.

There are always the Mini-ITX and Nano-ITX systems:
Mini-ITX tends to be about 6"x6" (http://www.via.com.tw/en/initiatives/spearhead/mini-itx/)
Nano-ITX tends to be about 4.7"x4.7" (http://www.via.com.tw/en/products/mainboards/nano_itx/epia_n/)

I have just heard something mentioned about a new format called Pico-ITX, but I haven't seen much of anything about that.
