Mala speed up?

Is there any way to speed up Mala? When I'm scrolling thru games it appears that there's a bit of acceleration at some point - but just trying to scroll a few games at a time it's appears a bit less responsive. I'm wondering if there's a setting (that I've missed) that will enable scroll speed to ALWAYS be accelerated.

A complement to Mala's developer. I've been a long time MAMEWAH user, but when I stumbled upon a bug at a friend's house that I couldn't get around I setup Mala and I got the whole thing working in minutes, so miraculously easy. Personally, I like editing ini files and such (ever since I switched to a Mac I use my arcade as my source of computer frustration) but Mala is perfect for my friend.

Thanks! Some of those other settings on that page seem like they might be worth investigating as well. I know I didn't think to look in the  Controller section for software settings.

Have a look at this one too.  Stopping some elements from updating on the fly (exceptions) speeds things up more if you have a slow pc
