It kind of a kitset I suppose.
I took some plans to a cabinet maker and we spent the day drawing it up on his PC using some VERY expensive software. All the joints are mortise and tenon which means a male and female sytem
You just put glue in the slot
and insert the male
and clamp overnight.
No screws required.
It cost quite a bit to set up, but after a couple of test cabinets we got it right. Now I can ring and order 5 cabinets, jump in my car after a coffee and by the time I get there they are all cut out on his CNC machine. And they are 100% perfect!
Unfortunately it would cost me too much to ship them to you guys, but I would love too if I could. Here is a picture of a completed one in black.

I was actually thinking of doing a proper guide but It would be too long so I made this small clips instead.
I might do some short clips on some of the next machines.
