Funny, I left it as 1 and it worked fine, but if I change it to 7, it stops working. I'm pretty sure that artwork number is what you want it to replace in the layout. In mine it shows the snap for 2 seconds (per my mamewah.ini file) and then starts up the movie. |

So even if the files play in windows media player, you need a codec to get them to play in mamewah? |

Yes, you HAVE to have the Divx codec installed. I was wondering why my ini file worked on one computer and not the next until I remembered that (because Windows Media Player can't play them without the codec). The free download at www.divx.com is more than sufficient for this purpose and likely all you want to install if you are building a dedicated cab and trying to keep it as clean as possible. |
