Control Deck Designs for the UAC II

Can anyone point me to any (free) control deck plans which are specifically designed for the UAC II? I'd like to see how people are providing a way to mount the deck to the cabinet, as well as ideas for the overall size, features, etc.

Also, what is the common degree of slope from the back of the control deck to the front, in order to give that "authentic arcade feel"?

I managed to rock out four hours of build time on the cabinet this past weekend, and am getting pretty excited to finish it!
