Perfect 360 Diagonals

I don't think my Perfect 360 is, well, perfect.  It seems the amount of space the diagonals occupy is only a fraction of what the 4 cardinal directions occupy.  Seems like UDLR take up 75% of the available input space, while diagonals take around 25%.

Or, simply put, it seems like diagonals are a bit hard to achieve, and have to be a tad too precise to get them to register.  A game like SmashTV makes this very evident.  I can hit them, it just seems to be a little harder than it should be.

Any way to modify this?

Yup, I'm aware I wrote "seems" 4 times.

Open it up and make sure the diodes are aligned. From what I have read, many times they are sent out with at least one pair of diodes slightly off.

In one of my 360's there was a diode that was tilted to the side and not aligned correctly. The other was perfect though.

Hey Kowal! I didn't know you were still online. The actuators you have are awesome and I have a friend who would love to try them. Any idea where we could get some? Do you sell them?
