Has anyone tried the MaLa hardware yet?

BamBam:
I was at MaLa's website (http://mala.arcadezentrum.com/hardware.html) and saw this little gem.  It seems promising in adding some cool attract features to a cabinet.  Has anyone tried it yet and what have been your experiences.

I did not buy the actual Mala hardware from Germany but I did try this LedWiz mod to make my computer think that my LedWiz was MaLa Hardware.

I did not want to try the MaLa Harware because I did not know how white LEDs would work for me.  Also, I liked the idea that the mod only cost $20 and its reversible if the LedWiz every becomes fully integrated with a FE or if something changes down the road.

I love the mod and was really impressed the first time I had it up and running and it accurately lit the correct controls for each game.

And I can set custom light layouts for different consoles.  Also you can create your own event specific animations like flash 5 times before starting a game or have the lights do a certain patern when you switch emulators and different pattern when you exit a game.

The attract mode editor is fun also.

Thanks Timoe.  I did a little research and think I'll be going with the modded version of KeyWiz.  Thanks for steering me in the right direction.
