Interesting... I didn't know there were real jukes with "Low, Medium, High" volume buttons.  I'll put user-definable volume preset buttons in the next version so this skin can be made more accurate if desired.

Apparently, the Seeburg Consolette 160 selection wallbox had speakers with an individual volume control. There's a whole mess of them available for sale here:

Wallboxes For Sale

Although it would be cool to have one, I thinks it's more interesting (and cheaper) to build skins based on them. But that's just me talkin'.

Someone was trying to convince me to support wallboxes at one time.  They use a simple voltage pulse to send the selection to the main juke, which would theoretically be readable through a simple parallel port interface.  I couldn't see enough benefit to go through the effort of getting my hands on a working wallbox, working out the code, designing a parallel port interface, and writing the code. And that would only be able to support up to 8 boxes without getting into some fancy multiplexing scheme.

Maybe someday... if I'm going to support external hardware, though, I'd be more likely to work on something for all these new lighting controllers or an 4x40 LCD display or an IR remote control.

I picked up a Rowe AMI WR 200 off e-bay that someone was selling for parts.

I bought it for the coin mech (4 coin works great) and maybe the keypad .  If I can figure out the keypad it would be nice to have "Low, Medium, High"  :).
