Using Wincab under MAMEWAH
« on: August 28, 2006, 08:26:53 am »
Does anyone know how I can run Wincab under MAMEWAH?

As MAMEWAH is designed to launch the 'roms' and hide the 'emulator', would I be able to do this? I'm thinking I could create a MAMEWAH skin that just launches Wincab from it's 'romlist', then use Wincab as normal, but can this be done?

I'v set up Wincab on my other PC and got all the controls mapped to work really well in my arcade cabinet, but I want to be able to launch it through MAMEWAH as my arcade boots straight into this and it would be nice to launch it from there. I haven't got a clue how to write an .ini file for this though, as other emulators launch straight into the rom - whereas I just want it to launch the Wincab program.

Can anyone give me a brief step-by-step on how to do this? Or even an .ini file to help me along?
