mala promblems... Error promblem

ok im going crazy...here is the screen shots of what happens it happens 4 out of the start ups...
first this window pops up..1
then it closes and locks the task bar..2
then i have to keep restarting mala to get it to exit then i check the mala folder and no event log...3
i have no idea whay this is doing this!!!!ahhhahahahhahaaaaa

okay... now it will start. but not all the games i have, that work in mame32, work in mala.
why is that?

This comes up a bit. Mame32 users using a FE to launch finding problems. (do a search on this forum)
Take MaLa out of the equation
What happens when you launch games from a command prompt?

i havent tried command line. im still going through my first mala set up via the long and extensive doc found in another post from a while back.
the error left. which is good. i havent checked my entire game list yet... but i did notice that my marvel super heroes clash of the champions or whatever its called doesnt work anymore... same with some of the other vs games... some work but not all.
