Started on my 2nd Wincab Juke
« on: August 27, 2006, 02:57:59 am »
A request from a friend to use my wincab box at a party next month has given me the excuse to build a bigger and better one   ;D

Ive already setup the PC i will be using,
It has dual video cards, so that the primary display will show Wincab, while the 2nd screen will be showing R4 (link in case you dont know what I'm talking about here http://www.rabidhamster.org/R4/  , and I will only be using the unregistered version, as $US400 is a little much to justify to the wife)

I will be canibalising my current juke for things like buttons and screen etc.

erm, plus i've already ripped apart an old 5.1 speaker system to utilise the amp  :-\

i will post some pics next weekend

my only problem now is somehow hiding the fact that my wife's hifi no longer has any speakers attached to it.....

following the fact I have no speakers to continue the rebuild, i decided to repaint my current jukebox.

here are the results

the 1st pic doesnt show the red in the CP properly, so i attached the 2nd to show you what it actually looks like.....
