Difference between Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT and JLW-TM-9??

Hi all!

I have the JLW-TM-9's in a cabinet, and are pretty happy with them.

Then I see these(at the top, the ones I have now at the bottom)

It seems that the 8YT's have some sort of PCB under them?? and a cable?

Can anyone tell me the main difference?

Thanks again!

Nicholas

JLF microswitches they are better (Omron)
mode 4 way it acts bad
parameters are identical (differences can be the mistakes of measurement)
you can buy JLF from octangonal restrictor (this is excellent 4 fighters, platform, shooter-walking)

if you use square restrictor. then change JLW/JLF has not sense (you lose mode 4 way only).
AE35:

Thanks!

It will be used in 4-way mode....doesn't it have a restrictor plate I can turn,
like the JLW-TM-9's, making it 4-way?

Can you tell me if the throw is shorter on the JLF-TP-8YT's?

Is the stick the same length?
kowal:
If you have version JLW EU/USA (69mm stick) all is similar. Throw version japanese JLW  (62mm) is shorter similarly how Seimitsu LS32

mode changes unbuttoning restrictor. this is uncomfortable very.

AE35:

Sorry, can you tell me why it's uncomfortable?

So, if I wanted a better 4-way than the Sanwa JLW-TM-9's, what would I use?
I have the IDEA(!) that I would like a little bit shorter throw! Lady Bug is a big
player on the machine, so is Burger Time etc.

Thanks so far, kowal!!
