Ultracade's software is for commercial use which is why it cost so much. As for the front end well its most likely their own design for their arcades . You can try Ultrastyle which from what I read its close to Ultracades but, I could not tell you for sure since I have never used either them . |

The only reason I brought this up was an auction I saw for The Dragon Lairs unltracade addon pack. I really liked Dragons Lair so i was interested in running it without having an ultracade.
