I pulled off my speaker panel once and the dang speaker fell out dangling from the wire and bashed and scratched the heck out of my smoked plexi...I tried some of that wax used to fix cd/DVD's.. and it completely removed them.. Honestly I can't even see where they once were.

1/8 glass is abit cheaper but is pretty flimsy to use in front of your monitor. Ideally you should have 1/4 tempered glass of your choice in grey bronze or clear. 1/4 glass can take a hell of alot more abuse then 1/8 and with it being tempered there is no chance of big sharp glass shards coming near you or your children if the glass happends to break for some odd reason. That alone seems like a good enough reason to me.

Are you guys screwing screws in the glass into something.  What are you screwing it in to?  Or are you just laying it on the marquee?  That is what I don't get.  It is like the only thing I can't figure out.  How do all of you guys attach this glass to your arcade.

I bored holes into the glass.  Then put the screw through it.  I suppose you could use a fastener like are sometimes used with screens.

I had enough of an angle on my cab that I just lay it back and use some adhesive backed velcro for backup
