Is this a good deal???
AlanS17:
The original is much larger. That's either a kit or conversion. Either way, it's NOT an original. It's probably not worth the $500 he's ask for it. If you want to know what the cabinet looks like go to:
<a href="http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=T&game_id=3334"> TMNT: Turtles in Time </a>
The original had like a 25" or 27" screen and a MUCH larger control panel. This one on Ebay looks absolutely tiny. Not even close to being a good deal. Looks liek an absolute rip-off to me. I've seen better games go for much more.

It looks a lot like a Gauntlet cab converted to TMNT, which is a crime in itself.
Lilwolf:
500 is to much for ANY cab that you plan on converting. You can build one for 100 with nice wood and a weekend. There is some great plans out there... And you will find that you will remove almost everything from the cab (unless you want to use the monitor).
Next..... This doesnt' have sideart... It's not worth it. You will replace the control panel (or should) so that you can bring a cab back when you want (1) and so you can drill more holes easier. I'm pretty sure that the original had sideart. I have a picture in my head of what it looked like, but go www.klov.com to find out. So it's probably a hack.... and NO hack is worth $500!
Go to your local arcade and ask around for some crap machine if you really want one. But if I could do it all over.... I would probably have build my own from boards...
btw, I might have a guantlet cab for sale in cincinnati. It was converted to capamerica-> boughtbyme -> mame'd..... but I'm going to make a cocktail table instead. So I might be willing to part with it. Let me know.
SNAAAKE:
as far as i could remeber,
This is the dedicated TMNT game.
These are the first batch so they are more original then the onces with 25" monitor.
