Hi, Thanks. Mame version in Modules are : For MAME_youki1 module , it is a build based on version 0.102 . (but generally by just changing the .EXE (and renaming it the same name it was in the module)) you can update your mame version. AngelCry arcade modules are based on a 0.105 build i think. (but that modules includes Zinc and Modula2 , and run games on the best emulator)). --- Quote ---2. For mame im just pointing just my mame setup, i noticed on the preconfig. mame it puts the games into racing, fighting etc, can you setup this up with just pointing to regular mame & is so how do you do it, great frontend, im still setting up awesome frontend, with the new preconfig. programs that's a lifesaver for setting up everything --- End quote --- If you don't want category, you can try AngelCry_arcade modules (NOT the Enhanced one). Or of course you can make your own configuration : (I suppose you want keep plug'n play modules active next your own config) -Open AtomicManager.exe -Go on the "folder" tab , Make point the ROMS folder to your Roms folder , the SNAP ones too and others if you have some. -Make point the Default Emulator Field to your Mame.exe (or Mame32.exe) or what you have as emulator. -Click on Save. give a name (ex : MyMame.cfg ) . Then go on the "Tools" tab -Click on the last button " Run Plug'n Play Manager Module wizard" -Click on "Add an existing config" button (at the buttom of the list) -In the field "config file to add" , select your "MyMame.cfg" you saved previously -In the field "picture associated", select a Png file to illustrate your config (if you want) -In "displayed name " , select the text you want see for your configuration in the Module Selector menu. Then exit, and run Atomic. You should see your new menu , enter in it, and you should be able to run your own mame config. |
