Trivia Games for my Cabinet, PC, console, mame or otherwise. ?
(1/4) > >>
Timoe:
Can anyone recommend some good trivia games for my wife and I?  I'm looking for something that would be fun to play on a cab.  It can be PC, console, MAME or otherwise.

What is "You Dont Know Jack"  Is that for the PC?

thanks
gamecreature:
You Don't Know Jack is indeed a PC series. I think there are at least 7 titles in the series. It was created by the same folks that made After Dark software and has the same irreverence. It plays like a gameshow and the questions (and delivery by the host) are hillarious (though not entirely suitable for younger folks - he frequently gets suggestive.) There's no fancy graphics, it's all text and audio. It's the audio that really sells it. Input is all from the keyboard. If you're a fan of trivia games and like to have a good time with a couple of friends (up to three people can play), then you really should give it a try.
papaschtroumpf:
unfortunately it's not very cab friendly. I tried to install one of them on my cab and ended up deleting it. I can't remember what the exact issues were though.
Howard_Casto:
the issues are that all of the keys in the game are hardcoded

also some questions require you to type an answer in a few versions.
Timoe:
My wife is already addicted to YouDontKnowJack.

Now I have to make it work.

The only issue I have is that some questions require that you type your answer.

I do have a keyboard drawer though.

The majority of the questions require number keys 1, 2, 3 and 4 which I have for player start buttons.  But they are not in order, they go 3, 1, 2, 4  I dont know if that will or will not trip us up yet.

I wont know until my cab is fully operational.
