No idea on cost as a friend of mine is going to be doing it for me ;D
As for the monitor, it is a NEC tube.
I'll fins out how much it's going to cost for the Bezel.

How did this ever turn out. Im still planing on building mine, and I was wondering how you did the speaker grill.

Yep, it's finished, just needs the Artwork applied tp the sides.
I got the speaker grill made (cost me a bit too)
