MESAJARJARBINKS:

You can put mame on a disk and run it  on a certain console

I only heard this once and im just wondering ...is it possible?

since i only heard it once im not sure...but its worth the ask.

BobA:

Most popular console mame seems to be the one that runs on the xbox.  There are others but looking at the most useable setup.

sadly thats the one system i dont have...any for dreamcast?PS2?

BobA:

Do a search and you might find more info re dreamcast version.   The dreamcast plays its own games very well but seems to do poorly on emulation.

Rok:

Dreamcast was the EMU god before xbox came.
Xbox is kinda the Dreamcast's spiritual sucessor...
You can find lots of emu for it, but you have to find a dreamcast ported version, you couldnt be able to just use MAME or MAME32, have to have MAME DC.
