buying Pinball need help!
« on: August 01, 2006, 12:00:43 pm »
I was searching our local auction page and found what I think is a steal for a 1977 Williams Liberty Bell, the guy wants 300 OBO.  When I go look at it what are some signs that it is a dud and not worth fixing up?

Heres the link to the auction    http://www.bismanonline.com/display_ad.bmo?ad=192324

1. Complete (says working)
2. Backglass condition (flaking paint)
3. Playfield condition (bare chipped wood)
4. Overall general cosmetics.

Personally I'd like to have one of those, I think they are full of "spirit".
