I was going through the Game Cabinets Inc. website, and noticed they include 11 games with their trackball:

So I suspect that as long as that CD is legal then there is probably not a problem eith them selling it.

It seems like a lot of those games are Atari Games. I wonder if it could be the "Atari's Greatest Hits" CD From Hasbro / Infogrames?
