I would make identical cuts on the cab and the broken piece so they fit together correctly. Then look into getting a doweling jig (cheap) or biscuit cutter (new tool) to connect the pieces. It will leave a hairline though the white part of the art where they meet. |

Yeah, you can fix that without having to cut into the art. May require repainting the white parts of the cab (otherwise it won't "blend" correctly) but it's possible. |

I would add that after you make the cut (into the white portion only), use a metal splint in the back, and use bondo to fill the seam. Sand smooth and repaint the white section. |
