I'm not saying a 4 year old can't do it, but why have them do it if you don't have to. If your interested, a friend of mine compiled a version of mame for me that removes all the OK screens. It goes straight into the game. Maybe it's not necessary for you, but I wanted to make my cabinet as user friendly as possible. |

You don't have to compile anything. Just open the Configuration file for MAME and change the following to read as such: --- Code: ---frames_to_run 1 skip_disclaimer 1 skip_gameinfo 1 --- End code --- By default they are set to "0". Changing them to "1" gets rid of those nasty warnings. |
