BilLabs BL27CBOP Bezel questions
« on: June 05, 2006, 11:47:05 pm »
Has anybody used a Happs 27" bezel on a BL27CBOP monitor.  I'm wondering if it will work well, since the monitor is flat, but the bezel is for a curved monitor.

It won't work. You'll have to pick up one of the Happs bezels that are designed for flatscreens.

Thanks for the info.  I didn't know there were flatscreen bezels from Happs.

Can someone confirm that the Happs Flat Bezel works.  The reason I ask is there are no dimensions given on the Happs Site and the BilLabs literature says it is a 29" viewable monitor.

I have a 27" Billabs monitor, and the Happs flatscreen bezel (part number 49-1857-00) fits perfectly.

I would like to mention is on a slikstik cab the happs bezel didn't work it is way too short.  I was going to rig it up to work by cutting pieces off of my old curved bezel, but having the curved bezel on that flatscreen really didn't bother me at all, plus my lcd display was already mounted in the old bezel.  I have had quite a few people over and no one even noticed.

Doubt this helps anyone.
