IMOP most Amiga games were either too hard,  or just plain horrid.   IE shadow of the beast looked great... but seemed impossible to me.   Out Run on the amiga was a train wreck. I didnt have that many games..  but just going from what I saw, I wasnt very impressed with most games.

Check out the  X68000 emulator  :)   The thing has near perfect arcade ports.   I even found Thunderforce II on it!  Which was ported to the sega genesis... but, the x68000 version has more parallax scrolling layers, more levels, better sound and gfx.  Quite  kick --I'm attempting to get by the auto-censor and should be beaten after I re-read the rules--.

Its a little tricky to set up (its all in japanese).. but I had found a site out there that showed you pics of what to select to get it to go.

Yeah I am finding that tons of Amiga stuff are not cabinet worthy ..... I can not get some of the games mentioned here to even work .....   anyway, there a about 40 games so far which will work.   I am slowly making my way through all games to see what they look like and what is involved.   I am making this determination very quickly as there are way too many games to process.   If the game does not load into a "game" mode, then it is not going to be used.   I am aslo not using any adventure types games, or any games requiring a whole story background in order to play.  Basically, any games I find which can use the CTRL key to Fire and the arrow keys to move around will be accepted as long as the game is not completely dumb ......

I went through all 291 games starting with "A" and only 19 games were accepted.

I personally can not stand how most every game has a "cracked by" signature with scrolling text, flashing lights and music ...... kind of annoying ... oh well.    It is just that I spent about 3 weeks understanding WinUAE, gathering information, configuring and when I finally played some of these games I was quite disappointed ..... oh well ... live and learn.

Welcome to the wonderful work of emulation, on the bleading edge, where most of your time is spent figuring things out.

Yeah, I kind of figured this might be a pain ....... this is why I left the Amiga games as the last set tof games to be configured in the front end.
