| How to cut excess bezel material that is covering the Screen? |
| (1/1) |
| Timoe:
I need advice on how to cut some excess bezel material for my monitor. Anyone have any ideas? Here is my situation, I have a 25" HAPPs Bezel. The outside edges I can cut just fine with a straight edge and a router. My problem is the interior reveal on the bezel. It seems to have excess material attached to it. I dont know how easy it will be to cut and I dont want it to look all jagged. The cut might have to have a slight curve on it to match the screen I have attached a drawing to explain the area in question. It covers part of the screen. |

another piece of art Note: The bezel is for a 25" monitor. The monitor is a 25" TV. The TV screen is BIGGER than the opening in the bezel, just to be clear |

I have the same problem making a 19" bezel fit nicely over a 20" arcade monitor. I haven't had time to look at the problem carefully but i was going to try and hand sand it unless anyone has any better ideas. |

Actually, now that I have tried it with the tv on, it doesn't look so bad. Here are some pictures of the condition. |

It's supposed to cover a little bit. Looks fine here, in those last pictures. |
