I have a IBM Thinkpad t-30 2.0 GHZ 512 MB RAM with I think a 30 or 40 GB HD. I'm not sure what the video is in it. Looks like a little more than what you're looking for though. I'm asking $450. It also comes with mouse, keyboard , and docking station.

Sorry for a shameless plug, but my brother owns a small business and all he does is buy and resale dell laptops.  He donated me one for my project -- he can definitely get you a good deal and he has a lot of "project" laptops -- for example mine the monitor didn't work -- no big deal because i'm hooking it up to an external monitor.  He has stacks of bum laptops and could probably get you a good deal.  Shoot him an email...linky http://www.innovativecompsys.com/

Sorry, A little too pricey and the video card is only a 16MB ATI 7600.
