How should I overlay this CP?

leapinlew:

Am I crazy to think that t-molding notched properly would wrap around that point?

ahofle:

My guess is it would not retain the sharp point and would round out a tad, but it would stay put if properly notched.  Then again, the slight roundedness might a good thing for peoples' nuts and bellies.  ;D

You could also cut the t-molding right where the points are (which would leave a seam, but might look better anyway).  If it were me, I would first try what leapinlew suggested and if it doesn't work, then cut it there.

Oh no!!!! :hissy: A Pac man with a Frankenpannel!!! :laugh2:

wrench:

a flush cut router bit will cut through the lexan like butter, you may need to clean up the 2 inside corners with a file.Ditto on the t molding.I think if notched correctly it will wrap around the corners fine.

wrench:

another option instead of t-molding is shown on the link below which worked nicely for me but it would take a lot of patience notching those 2 corners.
