How should I overlay this CP?
Capthowdy:
I've been staring at this panel for the past few days and I'm not quite sure how to finish it. These are old pics. I've already drilled and routed all the holes.
I've been thinking of plexi, lexan....maybe even just paint it and use a thick coat of polyurethane. I also thought about using black contact paper.
the plexi/lexan idea is kind of difficult due to the shape of it.
Any suggestions?
TOK:
Lexan painted black underneath with Pactra R/C car paint would look awesome. Since the shape of the panel gives off kind of a "bat" vibe, the shiny black is a natural.
Gotta qualify that by saying I'm more of a fan of simple overlays, not retro looking or with art from 20 different games. Have you hooked your nuts on that walking by yet? Ooowie!
