right now i am using rbjoy to send emulate key presses to skjukebox.
just wondering if there is a way around this. i'd like to do without running
joy2key and just have skjukebox recognize a joystick and its buttons.
i know i can remap the keys in the options menu. i'd like to have the option recognize
the joystick without any extra programs.

i'm looking to build an easy to use mame cabinet that once set up will no
longer need a keyboard and mouse.

thanks again and great job on the program.

I started to look at this a while back, but didn't get very far at all!   :-\

I'll have another look some time, but if joy2key works (and from what I hear, it works pretty well), at least you have a solution in the meantime.
