Author Topic: anyone ever use an rj45 switchbox as an arcade monitor switch?  (Read 1560 times)

I was planning on picking up one of these:

and wiring R, G, B, Sync, Ground, and Controller Ground through the switch to the monitor/CP.
I don't really care if i have two games running at the same time, i don't want to run power through it, unless i do it through a relay.  I have a sneaky suspicion that the switch would burn out if i sent that power through it. 

Has anyone tried this?  I'm a little too cheap for multijamma, especially in a dedicated arkanoid cabinet..  :)
