Can we do a "Post your skin here" topic?
« on: May 01, 2006, 09:51:25 am »
Chris, well, can we??    ;D

I've modified the AJ8 skin to suit my tastes, and I'm sure others have done the same on their jb's.

I suppose you could then pick your favourites and add them to the next release  :)

I've got a 2 up CD skin that I've created.   It's 1024 x 768 and mainly designed for a touch screen and DOScab.   I've played around with adding different buttons,  but I think this is the "basic" version.   I just need a place to upload it to.    Maybe I'll just email it to Chris and anyone can use it.

Above is a CD 2-Up CD skin for 1024x768.  I set it up for a touch screen for DOSCab.  Copy the text to a skn file and click on each link to download the two images to your skins directory.  Then add your names skn file to your jukebox.ini as the skin.

I've turned off the motion (sliding) of the CD's in the version I'm using but I've left it in this one.   There is a touch "spot" in the lower left that turns the radio on/off.   You can also touch to the left of the currently playing song to skip it and move to the next song.  To the left of the queued list will bring up the popular songs.

I keep changing it around as I play with it but I thought it might be of help to someon else.
