I was just thinking about it, wondering what it may be. My excitement got the best of me. Should have known better then not to post, and annoy the seniors.
I guess I can use the sortinfo app tonight, and just see it there (or listgen), since the community cant rattle some others off. Thanks anyway. Take care.

No, here's the scoop, and please forgive that we had some fun at your expense. When you get on the forum, the smart thing to do is to do a search. If the search comes up fruitless (and sometimes it does) then ask. You asked us to go do your fisrt steps of legwork.
I did a search prior to my previous remarks. I found a link to pretty much the whole list of spinner games. LINK The search put it 2 clicks away. Infact it would have taken less time than typing the question in the first place. So, that is why you got the snoot full. ;)

That is the list I was looking for. I did a search for game lists, spinner games, etc. Could not get the right one. Usually, i get the one i am looking for, guess i did not have it today.
Apoligize for the quick Q and such.
Since I have your attention.... :)
Now that I have the spinner mapping and the trackball mappings, and the games, fine, i can get these into folders using a sort. How, if possible, instead of going through each game one by one and mame32 the game to accept trackball/mosue in the settings, can i mass set those games? Any thoughts on this?

And another one:
Please note that i thought (remembered) frontline to be a spinner game. Guess its not. Can this, along with the other 8 way duals, be used with a spinner control?

No. Dual joystick games need two joysticks. Frontline had a control that looked like a spinner, but was actually a discrete potition digital rotory type control, that happens to be emulated in Mame as another joystick. It probably could have easily been emulated with a spinner instead, but it wasn't.
