MAME page.

I added a MAME page. Mostly to list resources and support files that are useful for MAME. I feel like there is so much more to add, but I'm at a loss as to what that is.

I had trouble figuring out what to call the page, as well as where to link it from. For now it's linked from this page (Note the first MAME link):

Since MAME really is our bread and butter I didn't think a single paragraph describing it was enough (and a second paragraph linking to derivatives).

I encourage someone to reorganize what I've done.   ;D
