I responded to your post at the MameWah forum already ..... guess you missed it ...... "I am in the process of requesting the complete 2,344 GBA screenshots and titles on the screenshot archive. Separate sets will include proper naming with and without the pocket heaven numbering ..... hopefully they will show up in the next week or so" I believe the screenshot archive needs to reallocate some space before allowing me to place the screenshots there ...... keep checking though ... hopefully they will show up soon .... I went to the site listed above and saw they also include boxArt which seem to be related to the pocket heaven numbering system, so I will convert all the existing boxArt pics for you as well ..... ;D I believe my contribution should make a lot of people happy .... |

If they are using the Pocket Heaven naming system, then there will probably need to be a .dat file to go along with the snaps so people can rename their ROMs appropriately. I do believe the Pocket Heaven numbering system is standard across the board though, so perhaps the dat files posted on advance-power will match the ones you will put on screenshot archive? |

Problem which I ran into, was I stripped all the pocket heaven numbers off of my Rom files before obtaining a set of GBA screenshots. I needed to obtain a list of all the Rom file names with the numbers included before I could convert my Rom files with a little application I created. I used some tool (http://offlinelist.free.fr) which went out and retrieved the latest GBA DAT file and inside the tool it provided a nice Rom filename listing. I used that list to rename my screenshot files. The renamed files matched my Rom file names, so I was set. I decided to create the title packs for people as well. I actually have two sets of screenshot packs (with/without numbers) and two sets of titles (with/without numbers) as well. I will soon have two more sets for boxArt...... Hopefully, people can the nsimply download the screenshots and enjoy them rather then trying to convert all this stuff themselves ...... wish these were around for me ..... oh well ..... |
