I did offer my set before (1 - 2250 at the time) but I needed somewhere to host them, plus I felt I needed to ask the guys at advance-power before I shared them around. It will definately be cool to see the full set on screenshot archives. Do you have a CLRMame .dat file that matches your alphabetic set? There is no point releasing a set of snaps that don't have a dat file to rename ROMs to match.

Can you check the dat files here and see if you can get your snap set to match with one of their alphabetic dat's?

I have been spending about 1-1/2 configuring everything I have to use MameWah ....  I "finally" finished the GBA configuration and still have many more things I would like to do, so I really do not want to go back and spend time tweaking it.    Plus I have no idea how to deal with DAT files ....

Since all the screenshot filenames matched my Rom set perfectly, I would suggest you just grab them the screenshots once they are posted and create a DAT file for everone else ..... I guess.... I doubt people would need them since they are already named correctly ..... but whatever you think is the best...

If you have your ROMs named correctly then there shouldn't be a problem. You could just download the dats and see if your snaps are named the same way.

There are a few naming convensions for GBA ROMs so not everyone will have them named the same, but if you have a dat file to go with the snaps then people can rename their ROMs to match the snaps using a ROM manager like CLRMame/Goodtools/RomCentre. There is just no point in putting them on snapshot archive without a dat file. The proper way to go about this would be to get a dat file, rename your ROMs to match it, then rename the snaps to match the ROMs. Then you have a dat+snap set that everyone can use. Don't have to do it that way, it would just save people a ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- load of time even if you think you've done all the hard work.

None of the screenshots at the archive have DAT files associated with them.

I downloaded the GBA "boxArt" from the following site:

http://www.advance-power.net/gba.php?content=pictures

however, those pictures do not match the GBA game list available at the pocketheaven site:

http://releases.pocketheaven.com/?system=gba&section=release_list

The first discrepency is picture number 25 (might be more though).

The picture from the "advance-power" site indicates Gba number 0025 is "Final Fight One", however, the PocketHeaven site indicates it should be "Super Mario Advanced".

My screenshots and title packs seem to match the pocketHeaven site .... which I believe to be the "master" list.

Anyway, I will not be uploading "boxArt" images since the ordering does not match the pocketHeaven site listing......
