fantoboy:
Will Powermame support all buttons for a quad set-up with 4 players?
Are there any reviews anywhere for powermame?
What are the opinions here?  Is powermame worth replacing my regular build of mame?
I think powermame looks great! I cant really test it until a joystick is finished.  I dont wanna go through the hassle of building a joystick around the idea of powermame if it's not good.  I am planning my cabinet around this idea right now, with light up buttons and all.

fantoboy:
Sounds good.  So will it support a 4 player set-up?

mccoy178:
Yes.  Why wouldn't it?  What do you mean by support?  Powermame is made to handle plenty of LEDWiz's for the lights.  Other than that, there is nothing different with it than regular mame.  I'm not counting the 49 ways, because they could be set up to work with regular mame as well.

You wouldn't be building a joystick around powermame.  If you want the bells and whistles with lights and such, this is where it's at.  It's very new, so no reviews exist yet, other than what is at MikeQ's site and in this Powermame forum.

I don't have a 4 player setup, but I don't see why not.  It does everything Mame does and I believe you can hook up to 4 LEDWIZ if you buy the right hardware.....
