Keep the original monitor. --- End quote --- Yeah...I'm going to take it out, and bring it to someone to test/fix...if you suggest someone in the GTA or Richmond Hill area, I'd appreciate it...I got the name of one guy in RH...I'll probably end up taking it to him, if no one knows of anyone else... I've looked at schematics, manuals and parts lists...I don't htink I have what it takes to get it working... --- End quote --- Grauwulf on CGCC seems to be very good and is a good guy, although he is in London (you could mail the chassis easily enough). menace (here and on CGCC) may alsobe able to help, but I am not sure where he is located. Cheers. |

He seemed to be very interested in coming to my house and picking up the monitor though...I told him I could drop it off a couple of times, and he suggested we meet somewhere...I would much rather drop it off somewhere, so I know where I can go to pick it up...it would be just my luck that he would pick it up, and I'd never see it again... Has anyone ever dealt with this guy? |
| RayB:
Wow, that's suspicious. |

Seriously. I would get an address from the guy, or no deal. If he has really been in business for 25 years, then that shouldn't be an issue. |
