It's a shame that they made such a mess of your game room, it's understandable that you would be upset. My local HD contracts all their installation, so it is likely you could get the same people installing it if you arbitrarily picked an installer out of the yellow pages. I'd bet HD will fix the problem (with a different installer) when you go to complain about the poor workmanship. The upside is that you have an established business to complain to rather than Billy-Bob's Construction who could just blow you off. Good luck on the repairs! |
