Hey Gang, Did a search and found a range. What is the ideal bit to use to install a spinner with a quarter inch shaft. Thanks Kevin |

3/8" ... 1/2" ... It doesn't really matter, as long as the the shaft does not rub the CP ans the knob covers the hole. - M |

Depends on the spinner. For instance, the Oscar spinners (at least the vortex) requires a larger hole then other spinners because of the small clip on it. What kind are you talking about? |

One with a 1/4" shaft. I guess I'd like the hole to be as small as possible with out touching the spinner shaft. I'm just not sure what the next size up from th 1/4" bit is. |

But, in the end, the hole and shaft are going to be under the top of the spinner, so it probably won't show anyway. |
