I picked up a Jakks power adapter, it slides into the battery compartment.

Does it work in these wireless models?

Tahnok:

Oh, I didn't realize it was wireless (I was wondering what that strange little base was). That changes everything. I may pick one of these up and put it in a little portable CP or bartop.

Yes... HOWEVER

the wireless base station requires 4 batteries and the joystick itself requires 4 batteries. You really need to pick up 2 of those power adapters.

I was going to hack a 6V DC 200mA wall wort but I can't find two of 'em for under $4.88.  :)

I was originally going to hack it for a bartop and may still... but I'm not impressed with the emulation quality. I'd probably be better off with a P1 mobo and a vertical 15" VGA display. But $4.88 was too compelling to ignore.

The wife was asking "don't we already have these games?"  ;D
